In our inaugural Somm Series with 5Church's Certified Sommelier, Patricia Smith, we'll explore these questions and more with 4 beautiful and diverse sparkling wines from different regions of the world. We'll taste everything from Cava to Prosecco to French Cremant, finishing with Champagne. We'll drink, laugh, and perhaps learn a little along the way. Each glass of bubbly will be paired with small bites from Chef Jamie Lynch. Seating is limited.
